Intermediate Weight Loss Cycle

 

Cycle Goals:

• Accelerate fat loss while maintaining lean muscle
• Enhance muscle definition and vascularity
• Reduce water retention for a dry, hard appearance

Steroids Used:

• Testosterone Propionate – Base testosterone for maintaining muscle mass
• Trenbolone Acetate – Strong cutting steroid for preserving muscle and burning fat
• Anavar (Oxandrolone) – Oral steroid to enhance muscle preservation and fat loss
• Winstrol (Stanozolol) – Oral steroid for muscle hardening and fat loss

 

Cycle Length: 8-10 weeks

Cycle Overview:

• Weeks 1-10: Testosterone Propionate

Dosage: 100-150 mg every other day
Purpose: Testosterone Propionate provides a stable base for maintaining muscle mass during a calorie deficit. It promotes strength and muscle retention without causing excessive water retention.

• Weeks 1-8: Trenbolone Acetate

Dosage: 50-75 mg every other day
Purpose: Trenbolone Acetate is one of the most powerful steroids for cutting. It helps burn fat while preserving lean muscle and enhances muscle hardness and vascularity. It doesn’t cause water retention, making it ideal for achieving a dry, defined look.

• Weeks 1-6: Anavar (Oxandrolone)

Dosage: 40-60 mg/day
Purpose: Anavar is a mild oral steroid that helps with fat loss and muscle preservation. It’s particularly effective for maintaining muscle mass in a caloric deficit and provides a lean, hard look with minimal water retention.

• Weeks 5-10: Winstrol (Stanozolol)

Dosage: 30-50 mg/day
Purpose: Winstrol is another oral steroid that enhances muscle hardness, promotes fat loss, and helps achieve a dry, vascular appearance. It’s often added toward the end of a cutting cycle to accentuate muscle definition. However, it can dry out joints, so joint support is recommended.

Post Cycle Therapy (PCT)

A solid PCT is crucial to restore natural testosterone production, avoid post-cycle crashes, and maintain the lean muscle you’ve gained during the cycle.
PCT Plan (Weeks 11-14)

• Clomid: 50 mg/day for 2 weeks, then 25 mg/day for 2 weeks
• Tamoxifen: 40 mg/day for 2 weeks, then 20 mg/day for 2 weeks

Purpose: Clomid and Tamoxifen help to stimulate natural testosterone production, prevent muscle loss, and restore hormonal balance post-cycle.
