3. Refund Process
- Once a return is approved and the product is received, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Products
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
5. Lost Shipments
